When a paid account ends
Cancel before the next charge and that charge does not run. The current period is not refunded. The account stays read-only for 90 days so you can download the ledger. You cannot add rows. After that window the server copy is deleted. The file you downloaded is yours.
What the price does not buy
StayPacket does not decide whether hours count, and it does not prepare a return. The terms and the privacy page describe the rest.
