Privacy

Last updated: 24 October 2026. This page describes the public site and the log at app.staypacket.com.

What we store

When you sign in, we store the email address you type and a session so the browser stays signed in. We do not store a password. The sign-in message is a link sent to that address.

The log stores what you enter:

The public site does not collect a waitlist and does not run analytics. The host may keep ordinary request logs: IP address, browser, path, and time. Those logs are for operating the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell the log. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or session recording. We do not store a card number.

Who else can see it

The email provider that delivers the sign-in link sees that address and the link. A person who has a share link you created can open that packet until you revoke the link, it expires, or the server copy is deleted. We do not email the packet as an attachment.

Payment is collected by Polar, the merchant of record. Polar receives the email and payment details entered at checkout. When a payment is made, StayPacket stores the subscription status Polar sends for that email. StayPacket does not store the card number.

A calendar address you paste is used to fetch stays. We store that address with the property.

How long the server copy stays

The server copy stays while the account is active. If payment later stops, the account is read-only for 90 days so you can download the ledger. After that window the server copy is deleted, including hour rows, stay rows, people, properties, and share links.

A file you download stays with you. A copy a recipient already saved from a share link stays with them. The browser on your device may also keep a local copy until you clear the site data.

Cookies

The app uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use it to build a marketing profile.

Asking for a copy or deletion

While the account is open you can download the ledger from the app. To ask for the server copy to be deleted before the 90-day window, write to info@staypacket.com.
